## What counts as a dormant company for your bundle price?

For our dormant price, a company has no business activity for the year: bank debits, bank credits, cash movement, total assets and expenses each RM 1,000 or below. One price covers company secretary by licensed secretaries, plus do-it-yourself accounts and tax on our platform: RM 3,188 for Year 1 and RM 2,788 every year after. We check your records before confirming the level.
