## What is CRS, and what happened to MyCoID?

Last updated: 14 October 2026 Answer from Robo Company Secretary How we write answers

SSM operates the Corporate Registry System (CRS), accessed through SSM4U. The correct submission channel depends on the transaction. MBRS 2.0 remains in use for annual returns and financial statements; do not assume that every statutory filing has moved to CRS. Your company secretary should check the current SSM instructions for the filing concerned.

SSM confirmed CRS service availability in July 2026 and separately published an MBRS 2.0 notice covering annual returns and financial statements in September 2026. These are distinct filing channels.
