Agreement By using this website or engaging Robo Company Secretary for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Robo Company Secretary is operated by Robostrikeforce Sdn. Bhd., 202601021273 (1683370-U). Its company secretarial services are provided by AK Secretarial Companies Sdn. Bhd., Company No. 201101008946 (937085-D). ### 02. Who provides what Company secretarial services by AK Secretarial Companies Sdn. Bhd., 201101008946 (937085-D). The accounts and tax platform is provided by Robostrikeforce Sdn. Bhd., 202601021273 (1683370-U). It is software and does not provide accounting, audit or tax-agent services. ### 03. Accounts and tax platform is self-service The accounts and tax platform is software you use yourself. You upload complete and accurate records and answer the platform's questions. Your directors review and approve the financial statements and are responsible for them. The platform works out the tax-return figures; you submit your tax return yourself on MyTax (LHDN e-Filing), using our step-by-step screenshot guide. We lodge nothing for you with LHDN or anyone else except the company secretarial lodgements (for example with SSM). The platform gives no professional, accounting, audit or tax advice, and no one at Robo Company Secretary, Robostrikeforce Sdn. Bhd. or AK Secretarial Companies Sdn. Bhd. prepares, reviews, audits, signs or files your accounts or tax returns. If you want an accountant or a tax agent to do this work, you engage one yourself. Keep your records for 7 years. ### 04. Billing The bundle price is billed as two invoices that add up to it: one from AK Secretarial Companies Sdn. Bhd. for the company secretarial services, and one from Robostrikeforce Sdn. Bhd. for the accounts and tax platform subscription. The total you pay is the published bundle price. ### 05. Change of operator (14 October 2026) Robo Company Secretary is operated by Robostrikeforce Sdn. Bhd., 202601021273 (1683370-U), which runs this website and the accounts and tax platform. Earlier, the website was operated by AK Secretarial Companies Sdn. Bhd., which provides our company secretarial services and also runs companies.com.my. Our brand, team, office and prices are unchanged. ### 06. Our services Robo Company Secretary provides corporate secretarial services, company incorporation facilitation, registered office address services, nominee director services, and bank account opening facilitation in Malaysia; the company secretarial services are provided by AK Secretarial Companies Sdn. Bhd., and Malaysian business bundles also include the self-service accounts and tax platform described above. Specific scope and fees for each engagement are documented in a separate engagement letter signed by both parties. ### 07. Engagement and fees Services begin upon written engagement and payment of agreed fees. Fees are quoted upfront and fixed for the agreed scope. Out-of-scope work is quoted separately before commencement. Government fees expressly included in a published package are included in that package price. Other government fees and disbursements are identified in the quotation or engagement letter. Historical brochures do not establish current availability or pricing; confirm the current written quotation before payment. ### 08. Your obligations You agree to: provide accurate information and identity documents required for our services, respond to our requests within reasonable timeframes (typically required for compliance deadlines), pay invoices within agreed terms, and inform us of any changes to your structure or circumstances that affect our services. ### 09. Our obligations We agree to: perform services with reasonable care and skill, maintain the confidentiality of your information, lodge company secretarial documents accurately and on time given your timely cooperation, and inform you promptly of any matters requiring your attention. ### 10. Limitations and disclaimers While we exercise professional care, we are not your accountant, tax agent, tax advisor, legal counsel, or auditor. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., bank account approvals, license grants) where third-party decisions are involved. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service in question, except where Malaysian law provides otherwise. ### 11. Termination Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable written notice. Upon termination, we will: complete in-progress filings where required for your compliance, hand over statutory records to your incoming secretary if applicable, and invoice for work performed up to termination. ### 12. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and failing that, through the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in Kuala Lumpur. ### 13. Changes We may update these Terms occasionally. The 'Last updated' date reflects the most recent change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. ### 14.
