A note from AK.
I'm AK. In early 2026 I incorporated multiple AI ventures back-to-back: Roboflorist — an agent-first global B2B/B2C florist platform — and others, including this product. All foreign-founder structures. All solo. All built on automation from day one.
I'd already been working with AK Secretarial Companies Sdn Bhd for years before that, watching them quietly handle 1,000-plus international founders across 26 industries from a Mont Kiara office most expats walk past. So when it came time to register my own ventures, the choice was easy. They knew the SSM nuances. They knew which banks would actually open accounts for AI-flavoured revenue. They knew which sectors had foreign-ownership traps and which didn't.
