What is a Notice of Registration?
The Notice of Registration is SSM's confirmation under Section 15 of the Companies Act 2016 that your company exists — its legal birth certificate, issued electronically with your registration number. A separate formal Certificate of Incorporation (Section 17) can be purchased if a bank, embassy or counterparty specifically asks for one.
