Why are some providers advertising RM320 incorporation?
Headline prices like RM320–RM399 typically cover the filing work only — the RM1,010 SSM fee and a secretarial retainer starting within 30 days come on top. That is a legitimate model; a headline standing alone is just incomplete. Ours in full: RM 5,168 for the first twelve months, itemised, then RM 2,580 a year.

The mechanism is ordinary. Incorporation is a one-off; the secretary is not. A price that quotes the first and not the second is describing a smaller purchase than the one you are making. Incorporation from RM 2,588. Year one also carries the secretarial retainer (RM 1,296), registered office (RM 324), beneficial ownership declaration (RM 324) and the annual return (RM 636, SSM's RM 150 lodgement fee included) — RM 5,168 in total for a one-person incorporation, all inclusive of SST.
