For Malaysian businesses
LLC in Malaysia?
Malaysia has no "LLC". The two equivalents are the Sdn Bhd (private limited company) and the PLT (limited liability partnership). Both keep the owners’ personal liability limited.
If you are used to the US LLC, think of the Sdn Bhd as the usual choice for a trading business, and the PLT as the partnership-style option, popular with professional firms.
Sdn Bhd — private limited company
Owned by shareholders and run by directors. The standard choice for most businesses, and the one banks and customers know best. One all-in yearly price with us.
