What does "dormant" mean here?
A company with no business activity for the year: bank movements, cash, total assets and expenses each RM 1,000 or below. We look at your records before we confirm the level.
Does my company need an audit?
Some small companies can be exempt from audit if they meet the criteria set by SSM, which look at things like revenue, total assets and the number of employees. We check whether yours qualifies. If an audit is needed, it is done by an independent auditor and quoted separately.
Do I need e-invoicing?
Most small businesses are not yet required to e-invoice — we check yours.
What if there is more than one director or shareholder?
The price covers one Malaysian individual as director and shareholder. Tell us how many people are involved and we quote the rest before you commit.
