Is a digital company-secretary platform the same as a licensed firm?
Legally both must have licensed individuals behind every filing — a platform without them couldn't lodge anything. The difference is the service model: app-and-queue versus a named secretary you can call, WhatsApp, or walk in and meet. Both models are legitimate; which fits you depends on whether you want self-service software or a person who knows your file.

We run both channels deliberately: everything can be done fully online, and the office at J-3A-15, Solaris Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur is real — same firm as companies.com.my, incorporating Malaysian businesses since 2007. You shouldn't have to choose between digital convenience and a human who answers.
