Is a digital company-secretary platform the same as a licensed firm?
Legally both must have licensed individuals behind every filing — a platform without them couldn't lodge anything. The difference is the service model: app-and-queue versus a named secretary you can call, message, or walk in and meet. Both models are legitimate; which fits you depends on whether you want self-service software or a person who knows your file.
