You need: IC (or passport) copies and proof of residential address for every director and shareholder — plus a copy of the foreign national ID for foreign individuals — one to three proposed company names, a business description with MSIC activity codes, a Malaysian registered office address, and your chosen paid-up capital (minimum RM1). No business plan is required.
