What licences does an online business need?
An online business must check registration, consumer-disclosure, product and local-authority requirements for its actual operation. Selling online does not by itself remove licensing requirements. Tell the relevant council what happens at the operating address, including storage, food preparation, staff or collections, and confirm whether a licence or permission is needed.
