Can I reduce or withdraw my paid-up capital?
Not by bank transfer — paid-up capital belongs to the company, and taking it back is a formal capital reduction under Sections 115–116 of the Companies Act 2016: either the solvency-statement route with member approval or the court-confirmed route, both with creditor-protection steps. Money for living comes out as salary or dividends; capital reduction is corporate surgery.
