What price per share should I set?

Your choice — Malaysia abolished par value under the Companies Act 2016, so shares have whatever issue price you set. RM1 per share remains the common convention because the arithmetic stays clean: RM10,000 capital as 10,000 shares of RM1 reads instantly. Later investment rounds can issue new shares at any higher price without restructuring.
