What is not included in your price?
Rubber stamp (the common seal is included), additional name searches at RM100 each, accounting, tax filing and audit, business or premise licences, transactional secretarial work such as share transfers and director changes, and your own paid-up capital — which is your money, not a fee. Everything else is on the pricing page with a figure.

We publish this list at the same size as the inclusion list deliberately. A price is only complete if the exclusions are visible next to it, and the ones that catch people out are the recurring items rather than the one-off ones.
If something you need appears on neither list, ask us — you will get a figure rather than a range.
