What is SSM?
SSM (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia / Companies Commission of Malaysia) is the national registrar of companies and businesses. It administers the Companies Act 2016 for companies like Sdn Bhds and the Registration of Businesses Act 1956 for sole proprietorships and partnerships.
