What is the Superform?
The Superform is the single online incorporation application under Section 14 of the Companies Act 2016, filed through CRS. It combines what used to be several forms: company name, directors' and shareholders' details, MSIC business codes, registered office and share capital — one submission, one RM1,010 fee, one approval.
