Yes — a special resolution of members, SSM's approval of the new name, and the Section 28 filing; SSM then issues a fresh Notice of Registration under the new name while your registration number stays the same. Afterward comes the practical sweep: bank, LHDN, licences, contracts and signage. We run it as a fixed-fee job with the checklist included.
