Do I need a company stamp or common seal?

A common seal is optional under the Companies Act 2016 — documents can be executed by authorised signatures instead. A rubber stamp isn't legally required either, though banks still expect one. The common seal is inside our incorporation fee; we don't arrange rubber stamps, and a stamp must show at least the company name and registration number.
