What must appear on my company invoices and letterheads?
Two things are mandatory: the company's full registered name including 'Sdn. Bhd.', and its registration number. The registered office address is not required on invoices or letterheads — and where a company chooses to show an address, a business address is more suitable than the registered one. Once you're onboarded to MyInvois, LHDN's e-Invoice fields apply in addition.
