What is an MOF licence and does my company need one?
Registration with the Ministry of Finance is what lets a company supply goods and services to the Malaysian government through the ePerolehan system. Without it you cannot bid for federal procurement at all. Registration requires an active registered entity with clean SSM standing, a corporate bank account, relevant activity codes and tax compliance.
