What are statutory registers?
The record books every company must maintain: registers of members, directors, secretaries, directors' shareholdings, charges, and beneficial owners, plus minutes of board and members' resolutions. They live at the registered office, must be available for inspection, and are what a buyer's lawyers read first in any due diligence. Ours are prepared at incorporation and maintained continuously.
