Where must my statutory records be kept?
At the registered office — which for most companies is their secretary's address. The registers of members, directors, secretaries, charges and beneficial owners, plus minutes, live there and must be available for inspection. Ours are kept at J-3A-16, Solaris Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur; clients can inspect their records any working day, Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm MYT.
