What is an annual return?
The annual return is a yearly snapshot of the company lodged with SSM — registered office, principal activities, directors, shareholders, secretary, share capital — due within 30 days of each incorporation anniversary under Section 68, with a RM150 lodgement fee. It is not the financial statements: the accounts are a separate, additional filing.
