When can I start invoicing clients?
Immediately after incorporation — the company exists from the date on the Notice of Registration and can contract and invoice from that moment. Invoices must show the full registered name including 'Sdn. Bhd.' and the registration number. Getting paid needs the corporate account, which is why we start that process straight away.
